This wine starts with intriguing aromas of lemon, chalk, sugar snap peas along with ripe tropical mango, passion fruit and banana. The palate is dry, racy and fresh with crisp minerality and chalky acidity and flavours of lemon, nectarine, gooseberry, green melon and a long, savoury, dry finish. The racy intensity of this wine will be perfect with fresh goats cheese salads or spring salmon sautéed in lemon and garlic butter.
