This progressive blend of Syrah and Merlot is deep purple in colour with generous aromas of chocolaty oak, ripe plum, blueberry and black cherry with subtle notes of espresso, dried sage and Syrah’s characteristic black pepper. The palate is dry, full bodied with soft tannins and intense flavours of black cherry, blueberry, plum and coconut with mineral, graphite and pepper notes that linger on the long finish.
This wine is soft enough to drink now paired with grilled venison sausages with red onion jam.
